Think of this as a Yoga Holiday, I teach this week on behalf of Sardinia Yoga who have had a rocky start to the year with many weeks being cancelled due to Covid 19. Sardinia Yoga usually offer holidays from March all the way through to November however this year things wont be kicking off till August time so it is even more special that we have this week to share with you.
Each morning we will enjoy a two hour practice. This is an open level vinyasa class, we usually have a variety of students but I try my best to ensure the newbies receive great guidance whilst the more experienced are given a challenge or two!
There is another optional class late afternoon / early evening – this can be booked as a private session or shared with the group.
We will stay at the lovely Cala D’Or Hotel. There are a selection of rooms available for both private bookings or to be shared, you are able to request rooms that look out over the pool or out to the beach.
Prior to our yoga class we will have access to the restaurant for a light bite and tea, coffee or fresh juice. Then after our practice the restaurant extends brunch for us, there is always a delicious spread of food available.
In the evenings dinner is not set. We explore the local town where you can find a variety of restaurants. Guests dine on their own, in small groups or as one large party.
After brunch in the morning you are free to do your own thing – take time out in the sunshine, on the beach or by the pool. The hotel also offer an activity each day which guests can book onto, for example market trip.
There is also a beautician at the hotel so you can treat yourself to some TLC.
Pricing varies dependent on room choice and length of stay. Please visit the Sardinia Yoga website for more information.
