Think of this week as a Yoga Holiday rather than a Retreat; a chance to start your day with a nice long yoga practice and delicious extended brunch, whilst leaving the rest of your day free to enjoy the sunshine, explore the surrounding area and dine in a selection of local restaurants.
This week also has the added bonus of being date flexi. If you only have a day or two of holiday left you can join us for a long weekend, or if you really need to unwind and have plenty of time to spare then jump in and join us for a whole week!
Cala D’Or, Mallorca
Our morning yoga practice will run for 2 hours – the beauty of all this time means we are in no rush. We can slowly wake the body up, finding a more dynamic section in the middle of our practice where we can break down any postures that you don’t understand and then wrapping up with conditioning and a long relaxing rest.
Before our yoga practice the hotel restaurant will be open for you to grab a light bite, tea or coffee. After our class the hotel kindly extend breakfast for us, there is a great buffet selection plus always a few extra dishes they create specifically for our guests.
Evening meals are left free. Often guests choose to dine together and we have been visiting this area for a while now so we can recommend a few delicious places. Alternatively guests who come in small groups are more than welcome to do their own thing – this is your holiday.

Afternoon Yoga for those who wish for a little extra, maybe you want to work on a particular part of your practice or are looking for more 121 help. This is a fixed price and can be shared amongst the group.
